In the mid-80′s Pioneers of Modern Typography (PMT) were virtually the house band at Cafe Voltaire (later sold to Jack Koshik and renamed The Odd Rock Cafe). They did about 24 shows with all completely different songs for each. PMT were as know for their graphic design as their theatrical costumes and stage shows. NOD (Nuclear Overdose) – Fallout Shelter

NOD, originally named Nuclear Slag, recorded Fallout Shelter in Barton, WI in 1985. NOD featured two singers, John Lyman (Compound Red) and Cousin Bill Lorenz (Vomit). Tony Jankowski & Dave Vegafria also play bass for the band.

Self Gratifukation played shows everywhere in the 80s like Yanos, The Landing, The Underground, Lake Park Pavillion and even one at Echo Bowl. Beer City Records will be releasing the newly remastered full length and some live material that will be available on iTunes January 12th 2010.
